This fitness class draws from the sensual movements of tango while increasing your core strength, balance, and body confidence. No prior tango experience necessary but tango dancers will benefit greatly from the technique. With a warm up that’s yoga & pilates inspired and a tango-infused dance fitness class, you will leave feeling balanced, sensual, confident, strong, and soulful. This class is about you—no partnering involved. Suitable footwear include jazz & ballet slippers, or suede-soled sneakers (for pivoting).
