BE MOVED! 30-Day Movement Challenge
Have you ever wanted to challenge yourself to add a bit more of a movement routine to your life? It’s not as hard as you think! 30 minutes of movement a day can transform your mind, body, and spirit. Sure, you can train for a marathon or pump iron at a gym, but gentle stretching, walks, classes, dancing at home in your pajamas, or out in the club count as well!
Here’s the scoop:
- The challenge runs for a month starting October 1, 2013
- Anyone can join the group and participate from any location
- The goal is to do 30 minutes of movement (minimum) for 30 days
- You get a support group of people attempting the same challenge
- You are encouraged to share your experiences with the group and discuss how your mind, body, and spirit are transforming
- It’s free
